"I had scheduled a virtual OV w/Dr. Kennett to discuss O2 concerns and other oncology issues following my hospital dismissal 2 days earlier. I received a phone call from his office NP Carla? saying Dr. Kennett does not do virtual or over-the-phone consultations. I should call back and schedule an in office visit when I am covid negative."
