"Didn't go over anything with me, didnt tell me how many or which teeth were being pulled. It took over 2hrs for them to give me papers to sign, and tell me I should shave for the procedure."

"Our appointment was for 9:30 AM. We arrived at 9:15 to a standing room only waiting room. Instead of rescheduling because there was no heat in the building, and 35° outside, we waited 2 hours before they called my wife to start the procedure."

"My son with Autism just tried to set up his own apartment and was treated like crap by the staff! Even tho he has been goin there for years.. NO MORE! How dare your staff treat someone with a disability so badly!!! Shame shame shame!!!!"

I always appreciate the little wait time in the waiting room and quick, friendly service the dental hygienists and dentists provide. "For as long as we've gone to SCCD, ALL of the staff...hygienists, assistants, dentists....all of them speak kindly to my daughter. They always respectfully listen to me each time when I ask that they rinse and suction often, as my daughter has a sensitive gag reflex. It's never a problem. Dr. Derek and Dr. Farmer are my favorites. They are so kind, relate so easily with kids, and we always leave happier ..."

"I love the place. I've been taking my kids there for years and always had a good experience. They have done a couple dental surgeries for my kids in the past. They have always had a great staff except for yesterday. Alyssa I believe was her name who assisted my kids this time. She wouldn't say a word to me and she was very impatient with my well behaved kids who say there watching Alvin and the chipmunks ..."

"The people that work here are always so friendly and patient. My middle child is super scared of everything at the dentist. They are always so patient with her and kind. They work with her and dont ever get frustrated or lose patience. The dentists are all very professional and kind as well. We love this dentist office. Everyone here is just so great to work with."
