"Initial Visit: Great experience! Setup a follow-up visit for a deep cleaning. Was called 2 days before the appointment saying the person who was going to do the cleaning had left the practice. Understandably, I rescheduled for another date two weeks later. The next visit was on a Monday and I received a phone call on Sunday evening at 6:30pm asking me to reschedule again.
