"Be prepared to wait at least one hour after your appointment time. Every visit including virtual appointment was never when scheduled. I often wondered why the office would call me to remind me of my appointment. They need to remind the staff. I went to a new Dr office today. They listened to my heart and lungs, looked in my ears, throat, and my mouth. I do not believe that was ever done at IMA. ..."
