"I wish you could leave a rating of zero stars. Hours on hold with an appointment for a teleconference. Nobody picked up. I had a few follow up questions for Dr. Graf and he was always too busy seeing other patients to talk with me, even when I made an appointment. It was a long drive down to Crystal Lake from my home so I thought a phone call would be easier. I did get to speak to him for a couple ..."
