"It was less than ideal in two ways: my tooth still hurts, in a manner much like it did before, and they refused care unless I underwent a CBCT scan, a $280 expense that I had not expected. I refused the scan, but was told that they would not treat unless I agree to the charge. Because I had an appointment to get the tooth capped later that day, I agreed under duress.
