"Dr Gorman was good to work with but the office management is abysmal. No one responds to messages, expectation is that if you want something you need to come to the office, some of the staff,including some of the nursing staff, seem minimally competent (the receptionists excluded - they're helpful), and patients received no notification when Dr Gorman abruptly left, instead only being informed when ..."

"Gosh, I love Dr. Gerlach but I can’t seem to get them to refill my meds. I have 3 prescriptions that I’m out of any they just will not respond to my pharmacy. I called to speak with the office manager but he wouldn’t accept my call nor call me back. So, after 10 years, I’m going to find someone with an office of professionals. Ed Rogers"

"Dr Chambers and Dr Rhodehouse are awesome!!! However, the lack of communication with staff in this office is horrible! It takes WEEKS for them to get back to you, the nurses and/or MAs DO NOT call you back in a timely manner."

"I had a major heart attack in August 2023, Dr. Gerlack saved my life, Dr. Wachter and Dr. Rhodehouse gave me GREAT care at EIRMC as well the staff at ERMIC. I also had excellent care at the clinic. I would highly recommend Idaho heart Institute They have great staff front to the back of the clinic."

"I have been using IHI for almost 8 years and 2 significant events. The most recent occurred in January 2023. Thankfully, Dr. Gerlach was at our local hospital and I'm here today to do this review. He came to my room several times during my 3 day stay and had a cadre of interns (?) or others and used this as a teaching moment. After using another IHI Doctor in 2014, Dr. P. Gorman, I saw the same attention ..."
