"IT is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, I wait for over an hour and still no answer. Even if you manage to get through. The DR's office does not return your calls. I had an MRI and It is not even on my portol after 5 days.There is no one to tell me the results. This practice has major problems."

"At one point in time this was a well run practice. Now, on one returns call, get back you with blood results that they asked for, it has been a month and three phone calls. Even the office manager does not return calls, just awful."

"This is the worst office I have ever been to. They do not get back to you through phone calls or their patient portals. Getting your RX refilled is impossible. The staff is rude. "

"Hussin Internal used to be excellent before Covid. Now it is a mess. Very difficult to get through by phone, and messages slip through the cracks. I spent a full day in the ER Thursday, in excruciating pain and nausea, with a blood pressure of 219 over 110, all needlessly, because my earlier request for BP meds was not met. I was scared to death of having a stroke or worse. The ER had to give me a ..."
