"Arrived for my annual checkup only to wait 2 hours past my scheduled appointment. When i decided to leave and not waste my day away, i informed the front counter that i was leaving since i waited long enough."

"I went to Prosthetics after my TOC apt and was given an order to pick up a Brace, I waited for over 2 hours just only to be handed the brace, the office was rude and extremely unhelpful, I was told that an appointment would be needed only to find out that Appointments aren't even offered for the reason I was there? Talk about ate up from the floor up!"
