"Though the practice is expensive that is partly because insurance reimbursements and Medicare payments are so very low which makes it impractical for them to accept those insurances. I should say upfront that i was infected back in the 1970's and though I saw about 20 doctors none knew what was wrong with me. I wasn't diagnosed until 1987.
