"DON”T GO HERE!! If I could give a zero I would! The doctor is retiring and only sees a select few he has seen for years The office staff are rude and uncaring. The last great NP (Gretchen) has left, she was the only reason why I tolerated the office staff and practices. They have questionable insurance filing and billing practices. They NEVER answer the phone, you have to leave a message and hope ..."

"I have been going every six months due to medication monitoring and lab work. One visit is a med check and the other has always been a physical that is covered by my insurance which should include a overview of everything including lab results. They now won't renew your prescriptions if you are scheduled to have a physical with them. Makes absolutely no sense and feel this is a negligence of the ..."

"Two stars because the nurse practitioner is friendly and the office is clean. Zero stars for office staff. Numerous problems obtaining medication refills including called to the incorrect pharmacy and orders not placed for greater than a week. Lack of accuracy in medical record keeping. Leading to lack of proper treatment. Leaving this provider/office."
