"Very misleading, be careful with them. One of the doctor is out-of-network. When you confirm coverage, they told you your insurance covers 90%/100%. When making an appointment, they schedule you with out-of-network doctor and you have to pay out-of-pocket. But, insurance company pays out-of-network doctor only 50%."
