"I am in the process of moving so my bills were misplaced. I was given a $61.00 charge for fluoride my insurance can't cover and they didn't bother to notify me of this. Then I received a late notification after a month which came out to a 77% fee. I tried to explain about my moving situation and how I always ask how much I own at check out, at which time they said I owed nothing. They didn't grant ..."
