"I have known Dr Lambert for almost 20 years. He is a very knowledgeable and respected doctor who in my opinion cares greatly for his patients. You are not a number but treats you with kindness. "Scheduled new patient appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Lambert, 8 AUG 23 for my son and myself for 18 and 19 OCT 23 - several weeks in advance, this was the first available appointments for both of us. My son had a school conflict that we had no way of knowing about weeks ago, and I thought I had a reasonable request to swap our appointments this week so we could avoid the conflict. "I called the Methodist Group clinic to cancel one appointment, and reschedule another. When I was explaining my health issues she said "You can just go to the walk in clinic.". I asked her where it was, she replied "It depends on where you live" I had already given her my address so I wasn't sure what she needed.. I said "The woodlands or Spring area would be good" she sat there and said nothing, ..."
