"My 4 year old had a complete meltdown before her first cavity filling and Dr. Horne handled the situation wonderfully. He tried to help alleviate her anxiety but when he knew she wasn't going to be calmed down, he politely explained that we would readjust our plan and it wasn't a big deal that she had this reaction.
