"I was a patient of a ARNP that has since left this clinic and when they transferred me to a new provider to manage my medication and provide ongoing mental health support, I was rushed by the provider, Karl Fjellstad, literally not 5 minutes of his time, for this reason I requested that my bill be adjusted to a lower time frame billed, that was denied by Sara Cellini operations manager.
