"in 2010 went to them for an annual checkup...felt bad, nurse said ekg was bad, doctor ignored it and had heart attack following week"

"This place is very unprofessional. When you call, they either won't answer the phone, or they route you to voicemail boxes that are forever full. It's nearly impossible to talk to anyone, and no one will return a call. We requested that my mother's medical records be provided (required by HIPAA) but are uncertain if they will ever send them. There's simply no way to talk to a live human being. When ..."
