"I called a person by the name of Lizabeth Gomez on Feb.13th 2023 to inquire about due payment before my cataract procedure due on 2/15/23.Ms Gomez was so rude during our whole conversation,extremely angry and abrasive from the beginning to the end .I asked her why she was speaking to me in such a hateful manner and she got even more abrasive.
