"Horrible billing problems with Horizon Dental office. I was overcharged on one occasion. I was also billed for a filling that began falling out within two weeks. It had to be replaced at another dentist's office because I was out-of-state. I've been trying to get both refunds for a year. The office manager keeps telling me she's working on it and tells me she will call me each time I speak with her, ..."

"I finally had to go see a dentist and after checking other dentists and their reviews, I decided on Horizon. They were very professional and helpful regarding my immediate needs and my financial situation (I'm on a fixed income). They got me in quickly, took care of my dental issues and worked with me regarding payment. They did a wonderful job all around. I thank Dr. Reader and the Horizon staff."
