"I have been waiting for an appointment for 2 months. I confirmed yesterday for my 9:30 this morning. I waited until 9:40 and called horizon only to find out a nurse cancelled my appointment w/o telling me. This is not the first mess up I’ve experienced in the last 2 weeks here."
