"I had a biopsy on 6/22/22 at this facility and was told that I would receive a phone call with my results by the end of that week. I never received a phone call from them. I had to call for my results. I then had a partial mastectomy on 7/21/22, with a surgical follow-up scheduled on 8/5/22.
