"The front desk woman called my provider to change information (because my provider card had a location that had been recently fused into their location) herself instead of me doing it, which I have done multiple times at other doctors which it’s somewhat complicated. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful and informative to my daughter and I. I couldn’t ask for a better dental staff!"

"I was very nervous going in but the whole process was easy. The xrays were quick, the cleaning was fast and the Dr. was very friendly as were the staff! They verified my insurance and gave me a treatment plan and that was it! Happy I finally found a dentist I can trust! :)"

"I had my appointment at 10 in the morning and was seen till 11:30. My daughter had her xrays done and the dentist came in the room 15 minutes later, which at that she left the room to attend to another patient, leaving me waiting once more. By 12:20 I decided to leave the office, I was not going to wait another hour. It’s pointless to set appointments if you will be seen when they can, very unprofessional. ..."

I did not like going to another Dr. to have two root canals done but they were very nice also. The staff has been very nice to me when I go in and I don't have to wait very long at all. "I went in back in February for a checkup and x-rays also complaining of jaw pain. They told me to just buy a nightguard since it was probably TMJ. By June the pain had gotten so bad I went to another consultant somewhere else and turns out I have a tumor in my jaw. I went back to Hometwon dental and asked to see the X-rays back in February and the tumor is clearly shown as if they didn’t even check ..."
