"Can’t get an appointment for my bi-annual exam. No one answers the phone, no one calls back. Went to the office three weeks ago - no receptionist. Signed in electronically and waited 25 minutes for a human, who told me that there were no appointments available through end of February and the March “book” was not open and I should call at the beginning of February. Tried again today - no one answers. ..."
