"A Mercado-Irizarry, MD staff is extremely unprofessional and lack the proper skills to do their job. It's been a nightmare getting a prescription ordered and staff is flippant when responding to multiple inquiries, all because they cannot complete a pre-authorization correctly. Horrible experience!!"
