"After Dr. Brisco left (early 2022), I still had a treatment for $500 but was not able to apply it because the subsequent doctor does not perform the same procedure that Dr. Brisco did. I paid for 3 treatments for $1,500 and only received two. Hollywood Vision has failed to return my money although I have repeatedly and personally demanded its return since June 2022. Very bad business practice."
