"My daughter's appointment was at 8am. Her teeth were cleaned and we were in the waiting room by 8:25am. The dentist did not walk in the door for work until about 8:40am. There was only one patient ahead of us and we didn't leave the office until 9am. Waiting that long seemed unreasonable when we were of the first appts of the day. "Kind of stand offish... Not as welcoming as our previous dentist. Maybe, people will be more welcoming after we establish a relationship with the staff. That is if we come back... "Don't take your kid here. Didn't seem like Dr. Sheena spent enough time with my son. He's just a typical 3-1/2 yr old boy, and he actually did quite well on his very first exam! She didn't provide me with different options and off the bat, she recommended anesthesia to put my son out for fillings!? He wasn't ADD or anything, he actually sat still for a good min. during the exam. They're just trying ..."

"I thought there were way too many visits to the toy drawer for cheap plastic junk. There is no reason that a kid needs to be rewarded just for walking back with a technician and behaving as they should be anyway. Note that most of these toys dont even make it home - they are so cheap!"
