We are a Pediatric practice, therefore we cater to children. Please accept our apology for our music, however we listen to KIDZBOP to entertain the children during their visit to the dentist. We are very proud of the fact that we have an open door policy, so all parents are allowed in the back with their children. We pride ourselves with this option to our parents because Dr. Holstien's policy along with most pediatric dental practices, do not allow parents in the back EVER! As far as our email confirmation, this is an automated service, therefore it does not inform us to reply. Thank You, Holdbrook Pediatric Dental
