"Any rating that any one can provide - pro or con - is helpful. I find this place as one which provides a lot of services of diff. kinds; though rather mysterious in how they operate. Sometimes getting a straight answer is challenging. Sounds like they do screen out folks accord. to med. insurances; but mostly take MediCal patients (?) is what I gathered. Good."
