"I called upon arriving and my temperature was checked at the car. Being normal, I was ushered to the dental chair. Extra precautions (second mask, face shield, etc.) made me feel totally safe. It did make hearing more challenging since I have a hearing deficiency, but even that was handled with patience, respect, and professionalism."
