"When you call you are sent immediately to a message recording. I have been on continuous hold for 30 minutes without ever being able to speak with a human. This is my first call to this place. I’m just trying to make my first appointment for after cataract surgery care. This experience does not inspire confidence. Had to hang up without any success. "
