"All of the people with whom I came in contact were both professional and friendly. Communication before, during and after the procedure was excellent, both in person and by telephone. The facility has a comfortable waiting room and ample parking. This practice was recommended to me and I was not disappointed."

"Fantastic from start to finish. Everything was explained to me in detail about my procedure. The team of Barb, Alex, Dr. Chan and Susan—the order in which I met them (sorry if I forgot someone) was professional, friendly and caring and put my mind at ease. "Staff were incredibly supportive for what is a traumatic experience (invasive procedure and under anesthesia) for me. They took my concerns and trauma seriously and took every opportunity to make sure that I was okay. Cannot recommend them enough especially for folks with previous medical trauma."

"The only complaint I’d have is considering how long drivers must wait for their patients, more comfortable waiting room chairs would be nice. Other than that, the whole experience was great. Making the appointment, getting prep supplies, back room staff and Doctor was excellent. I’d highly recommend if you’re getting the procedure done."

"Every one at the surgical center was professional, pleasant and kind. Instructions for prep were detailed and I was able to call with questions. Their reminders were good. This was my first procedure with Dr.Hopkins and although I miss Dr.Nack who retired ,I am very pleased with my new doctor, Dr.Hopkins. He is a very good listener, I trust him, and am glad he is my doctor."

"The instructions I received in the mail for the colonoscopy were clear and easy to follow. I received a call the day before reviewing the instructions. The staff at the center was friendly. The procedure went smoothly. I received a follow up call the day after to see how I was doing. Overall, my experience was top notch."

"Dr Hopkins and his staff were very professional and kept me informed about the procedure. This was my 3rd colonoscopy at this facility. Would highly recommend this staff. I would suggest that the instructions for the prep be re-written, as they are confusing to follow."
