"Dr. Vicks is an amazing physician. Unfortunately she has a front office assistant who is horrible. She is extremely incompetent, insensitive to patients needs and has no empathy. She makes the Dr. Look bad because of her ineptitude. She is arrogant argumentative and unschooled. There’s no reason for her to be so belligerent to patients and their families.
