"I like Dr. Kaur, however, her office is run so poorly I am finding a new physician. The office routinely does not answer the phone. You have to leave a message and pray for a return call. Be prepared to go to Rapid Med if your sick, by the time your phone call is returned you'll be dead. The text message reminder says that if you miss an appointment you will be charged $50.00. "I would like to give Highland Village Primary Care 0 stars but this rating system will not allow you to do 0 stars. Please be aware if you use these Doctors you will get billed for all services. They will tell you they take your Medical Insurance but I believe they bill your Insurance Company and Bill you the total amount for the services provided.
