"The receptionist is extremely rude. Every visit she’s rude. I was refused care today without a referral or guidance after a car accident. Was told to go to urgent care or back to the emergency room. After the emergency room told me to follow up with my primary care doctor. Bad customer service and bad business. Isabella was great though"
