"I called with vision symptoms that were urgent. I was immediately connected to the triage nurse who offered me 2 same day appointment options. When I arrived, the receptionist was polite and efficient. I was seen by the doctor as soon as I arrived. He spent a whole hour with me for the exam. He was polite and took the time to explain his findings in terms I could understand and also took the time ..."

Had to be transferred twice when asking for opthamology and explained to the woman why I needed an appointment… very specifically said I needed appt with ophthalmologist. She made the appt.
