"As always great visit with Dr. Wheeler, Lisa and Terri. However, the billing was a mess and I was totally ignored when I pointed out the charges were nearly 4 times as much as my EOB indicated. They were dismissive of myself, a thirty plus year customer and acted as if I were a deadbeat or worse. I also must point out they were proven absolutely wrong by my insurance and no apology was forthcoming. ..."

"Very professional- Terri extremely good, friendly . Our first visit. Seemed to be extreme Covid implementation. $ 10 for “equipment”. Never saw equipment nor did I get any benefit from it. Couldn’t sit anywhere comfortable even with masks on due to so called social distancing which has shown to be scientifically questionable and seems to change by the hour. They've always done a great job, and even more so now, during these crazy times they have made the necessary adjustments to try and keep us all safe (extra masks, temperature checks, glass wall at check in and check out, new suction system, etc).
