"AVOID THIS DENTAL PRACTICE! After one of "Healthy Smiles" dental assistants shattered my tooth when taking off the temporary cap, the dentist coldly informed me that I would be charged an additional $5,000 for an implant to replace it. My husband and I had already sacrificed some personal items to come up with the $1,800 for the root canal and crown that was to go on this same tooth. Consequently, ..."
