"As of today January 22nd, they still have their voicemail set up saying that they will be closed “today” January 9th and will be open tomorrow so people can call and make appointments. Still can’t make an appointment. Very negligent."

"Never EVER answers the phone for appointments. I don’t understand how you’re closed MLK Monday and Tuesday but still have the message playing at noon on Wednesday and it hangs up. Sad sad operation "
