"Terrible doctors. Terrible staff. They only cared about testing me for Covid/RSV/Flu when I came in thinking I had pneumonia. I did not have anything and she sent me home. When I got home and read my labs she noted that she heard fluid in my lungs, but never mentioned that to me. They also charge separate for the Covid/RSV/Flu test so I had an extra $50 copay I found out about after. They also billed ..."

"My chiropractor wrote me a doctor's note but Andersen windows insisted I come here. Before the X-Ray they said it's slim chance anybody gets off work and they will put me on light duty. Well it's been over a month and I'm still in pain. Seems like they already got a paycheck from Andersen's so they will follow their recommendation no matter what ??"

A billing lady who was very rude tried to lie about having results for our son when it came to a hearing test that I had to reschedule because they couldn’t get results because he didn’t sit still enough. The form I filled out said someone would get back to me in 2 business days. It’s now been over 2 weeks and nobody has yet. One billing person was rude as well.
