"Since I became a patient over 10 years ago, I have had to endure five primary provider changes. No explanations given to the patients. I have a wonderful rx provider. Recently started a new psychotherapist. She's a nice person; but her follow up is nonexistent, unless I make a point of asking. I have seen her for five sessions. Still waiting for her to do basic requested help. I am at a loss."
