"This facility does not give you a printout of your doctor visit which outlines your clinical summary. I was sent a portal link which is supposed to allow you to see everything that happens during each visit, but the link that was sent to me doesn't work. I called the office for assistance with the portal, but was told to reset my password, which is incorrect information, and that they do not approve/disapprove ..."
