"Absolutely terrible experience. Dr refused to give me a name, I walked out before any tests could be done as the "doctor" didn't listen to any of my concerns and just wanted to talk at me. When I demanded to know the dr's name I had the police called on me! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will make an already bad day 1000 times worse for no good reason just because yhe doctors ego is as big as the building. ..."

"Went to Plymouth location in October 2022 for a Covid test. The female provider was abrupt and rude to me. She would not answer general questions about the prevalence of Covid-19 in the area. At the time, I had just moved to Plymouth a couple of months before. In general the staff is very unprofessional, and do not treat patients with respect, especially those who attempt to advocate for their own ..."

"Whenever someone isn't 'INTO' their job it shows. 'HE' entered the room without introducing himself. He could have been the plumber. Very sketchy and made us feel uncomfortable. Had a bit of an attitude. And took offense to us asking BASIC questions. Instead of appreciating/valuing his position it was the opposite of Patient Care. Later I learned his name was JOSE. Perhaps he needs a new job because ..."
