"I've been at this office for 20+ years...Dr. DeSalvo is GREAT, however the office staff is horrible!!! The new receptionist isn't pleasant and does not answer the phone! The office makes you leave a message, you can't even book your appointment and the last appointment is 2:30pm! What about the working people! I've started looking for another primary care physician. Too bad after all these years! ..."

"I have used this office for nearly 34 years. I love the doctors but the office leaves much to be desired. In the past several years there have been many changes to the office and its practices. I can no longer reach a person to schedule an appointment, instead a voice mail with instruction to leave a reason for calling and a number and they will return the call...or not. Shame"
