"My first appointment, the psychiatrist was late 2 hours. Apparently, they hadn't got the notification I was there, and decided to wait for 2 hours before walking into the lobby, and boldly stating "They're not here, it has been 2 hours..." ??? On top of that, the therapist would always be late at least 20 minutes, always coming up with a lame excuse. I have not had worse care than at High Desert ..."

"My daughter is receiving EMDR therapy and the office staff and Therapist have been so helpful and professional. I myself had been trying to get therapy from Kaiser with no response. I inquired here and they put in a referral and I found a therapist and had an appointment less than a week later. Amazing! "
