"Hi. Hatch is extremely rude and discounts parent's concerns. We asked for a referral for our son for ADHD and they asked us to leave their practice. Brandy the NP was rude about a prescription that another doctor wrote- like, hello, we didn't write it-call the doctor and don't complain to us. The doctors and owners don't want anyone to ask questions--their opinion is all that matters."
