"ling to reschedule an appointment and was sent to hold and they never answered the phone again. I work at a hospital and it's never that busy where someone can't answer the phone. They lack communication skills and it's unacceptable to be calling from 10:30 until 12:30 and getting the voicemail."

"The practice is busy, but the people are kind. Everyone treated me with respect: from the guard at the front door, to the people at the reception desk, to the nurses and the doctor. I came in for one issue and was shepherded to other care providers who could help me with financial issues and get support for other health concerns. It was a positive overall experience. I recommend this practice to everyone! ..."

"I've have been a patient at Havard Street since birth I love the clinic but in the past few years care has been going down and how they get back to regarding your care has been horrible.
