"Have been taking medication for a good many years in one gorm or another for an old injury when I ws a teen.
It was suggested that I try spinal injections for my back and they worked to the extent that I no longer have to take the strength of meds I was on before and the pain is now easier to control.
So much so that I am back at the gym on a limited basis."
