"I've been a patient twith Dr. Kroll for several years. She is great! However the new scheduling staff that makes appointments leave alot to be desired. I know it's Hartford Healthcare and not the staff....I'm not even sure I'm actually talking to someone locally...but the questions I was just asked when making my appointment were much more invasive than seemed necessary and the scheduler spoke in ..."
