"Poor communication, they do not take correct information or notes. My name was spelled wrong, making it hard to receive antibiotics at the pharmacy. They sent my referral to the wrong clinic, a week late as they didn't take correct notes, with the wrong spelling. The secretaries are rude and condescending- I will tell my symptoms to the doctor not the secretary as they are not medical professional. ..."
