"I understand that the clinical staff is excellent, but the administration is another matter. My appointment was cancelled the day before I was due to be seen. I was accused of being rude to a staff member when scheduling...swearing and losing my temper. Nonsense, and clearly recollections, in this case, vary considerably."

"There is only 1 doctor at Harris Urology and 2 FNP. It's a small town in Western North Carolina mountains and it is hard to keep good doctors here. The care uyou get here is good but you have to understand Dr Verb is very straight forward. She is a very good Doctor. And the 2 FNP Nurses are very good at what they do. They are well trained in the Urology field. They, along with Harris Regional Hospital ..."
